Our Events
Unless specifically indicated otherwise, all WSPCR events (at times familiarly referred to as "shows") are show-and-tell events, that is displays for educational purposes.
At such events you can expect to find a variety of reptiles usually kept as pets and some less common specimens. Each animal's handler is the animal's owner or a trusted WSPCR member, and they are there to give information about the reptiles on display. 
Often small lectures are given on individual species, on ecology, on animal welfare and on conservation issues, tailored to the type of attendance. Everybody is free to ask questions about the animals.
